Coreshell Dynamic Solutions Ltd (the Company) is committed to ensuring that the User’s privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how the Company uses the information the User imports through eCorLive Application (the Software) as well as the User’s personal information imported through the Company’s website and the procedures that are in place to safeguard the User’s privacy.
- The Company will only store information that is entered by the User or automatically imported at a User’s instruction. The data entered, or imported on instruction, by the User remains the property of the User and the Company will not use nor make available for use any of this information without permission of the User. However there are instances in which the Company may divulge the User’s personal information, such as when required by law, regulation, or litigation. The Company may also disclose information about the User if it determines that such disclosure should be made for reasons of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance.
- The data entered, or imported on instruction, by the User is stored securely in a database and is only accessible to the User. The User will have full control over who has access to the data. A user name and password is required in order to access the User’s information in the Company’s software. The personal information provided in connection with registering as a User of the Site or of the Products and Services is classified as Registration Information. Registration Information is protected in several ways. Access by the User to his Registration Information is available through a password and an email address selected by the User. This password is encrypted. The Company recommends that the User does not divulge this password to anyone. In addition, the User’s Registration Information resides on secure servers that only selected Company personnel and contractors have access to via password. The Company encrypts the User’s personal information as it is transferred to the Company and thereby strives to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such information. As regards updating the User’s personal information, the User has the right to access and correct his personal information at any time. With respect to Registration Information this may be accomplished by logging in to ecorlive.com website through “My Account” or through the eCorLive Application.
- It is the User’s responsibility to keep their passwords safe and to ensure only authorized persons use and view the User’s account and information.
- The Company has access to and may use aggregate information such as number of associated Users, number of transactions and billing information for the purpose of billing and monitoring server and software performance as well as for other internal purposes of the Company. Furthermore if the Company sells assets (or the assets of a division or subsidiary) to another entity, or the Company (or a division or subsidiary) is acquired by or merged with another entity, the Company may provide to such entity customer information that is related to that part of our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity without obtaining your further consent. The Company will provide notice of such asset sales, acquisitions, or mergers on this Site.
- As a visitor to this Site, a User can engage in many activities without providing any personal information. In connection with other activities, such as utilizing online or hosted Products and Services, the Company may ask for certain personal information by filling out and submitting a form. It is optional for the User to engage in these activities. In case the User elects to engage in these activities, however, the Company may ask that certain personal information is provided such as first and last name, mailing address, country of residence, e-mail address, employer, job title and department, and telephone and facsimile numbers. Furthermore personal information may be asked to be provided when engaging to testimonials, case studies and surveys initiated by the Company.
- The above information is collected by the Company in order to record, support and facilitate the User’s participation in the selected activities. If the User subscribes to or registers for Products and Services the information is used to register the User’s rights, if any, to technical support or other benefits that may be made available to registered Users. As another example, if the User enters a contest, information is collected to qualify the entry and to contact the User regarding the contest or prize awards. The User’s personal information may also be used to track customer preferences and keep the User informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services of the Company and selected Providers unless the User has opted not to receive such communications or such communications are prohibited by law. Similarly, if the User wishes to delete information that is mandatory, the User will no longer be able to engage in that particular selected activity.
- Any posts created on public bulletin board forums, blog or chatroom are available to everyone accessing those community sites. On those community sites the User’s email address, location and other personal information may also be posted. This information that the User shares including the above personal details will be available to the other Users that have access to the same community site and therefore this information can be read, collected or used by others for any purpose including sending unsolicited messages. The Company is not responsible for any information the User selects to share on those sites and not responsible for the use of this information. In addition, the User should be aware that some Community Sites offer a service in which subscribers receive via email a copy of all messages posted to the Community Sites on a particular topic. Consequently, if the User posts a message to such Community Sites, the User’s e-mail address will be sent to those subscribers who have indicated an interest in the topic of his message. If the User does not wish for his personal information to be posted or distributed in this manner, he should not participate in the Community Sites or select from “My Account” portal that his profile is to be treated as private.
- The “referral” or “tell-a-friend” program gives the User the flexibility to import contacts from 4 providers namely Facebook, Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo in order to easily sent an invitation to the selected contacts. The Company does not store the User’s credentials in any way when placing them on its website since they are only used for authenticating the User on the selected provider and giving the User the flexibility to import his contacts.
The Company is not united or in any way related to Facebook, Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo. All trademarks and copyrights relating the above providers are the sole property of these providers.
- Any “tell-a-friend” or “referral” program can be accessed through the eCoreLive Website after the User logs in to his account and all information imported (incl. login/email address) are encrypted for ensuring the User’s privacy protection. All the information provided through those referral programs is used by the Company to send an initial communication to the person whose details the User has provided and is not retained on Company’s systems.
In general, even though the Company may delete an account held by the User in these types of shared editing or viewing areas, it may continue to retain information regarding the User’s past actions with respect to content reviews or sharing initiated by others.
- The Company staff can access non-identifying and aggregated usage information, usage history, audit trail history and transaction volumes in order to better understand how its customers are using the Company’s software so it can improve the system design and where appropriate have the system prompt Users with suggestions on ways to improve their own use of the system. All aggregated usage information is stored in a secure data warehouse facility.
- When the User uses the Site and the Products and Services, the Company may also collect certain information about the User’s computer to facilitate, evaluate the use of the Site and the Products and Services. For example, the Company may log environmental variables, such as browser type, operating system, CPU speed, referring or exit webpages, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the User’s computer. The Company also uses such information to measure traffic patterns on the Site and usage of the Products and Services.
The Company may collect information about the use of the Products and Services and the Site, such as the number of Users, types of Services used, how many users are received daily, and the IP address of the User’s computer. This information is generally collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually. The Company may use aggregate, non identifying statistical data for improving the Site and the Products and Services, providing more relevant experiences to its customers and for statistical analysis.
- The Company’s Servers have security certificates so all data transferred between the User and the Company Servers is encrypted. However, the internet is not in itself a secure environment. Users should only enter, or instruct the importation of, data to the database within a secure environment. This means that the User’s browser must support the encryption security used in connection with the Company Servers.
- On request, the Company will provide the User with a full export of the User’s data in a common file format determined by the Company.
- The User’s data may be deleted by the Company 60 days after the User stops paying to use the software of the Company, or at the User’s request. The Company will send via email two notifications to the client, one 60 days and one 30 days before deletion. The User’s data will be kept by the Company for two weeks after deletion after which it will be permanently deleted.
- In order to improve the Company’s Products and Services and the Site and provide more convenient, relevant experiences to customers, the Company and its vendors may use "cookies," “web beacons,” and similar devices to track the User’s activities. A cookie is a small amount of data that is transferred to the User’s browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to the User. It functions as the User’s identification card and enables the Company to record the User’s passwords, purchases, and preferences. It cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. A web beacon is a small transparent gif image that is embedded in an HTML page or email used to track when the page or email has been viewed. A similar device may be used by which a Product and Service may send data to a server when a set of user-initiated events occur such as the “Add to Cart” button is clicked. This device is similar to a cookie in that it tracks the User’s visit and the data can only be read by the server that receives the data. It is different than a cookie in that it is not browser-based, may not function as an identification card, and does not store any data on the User’s computer.
- The Company sends billing information, product information, service updates and regular customer newsletters to registered Users via email.
- Where appropriate email communication will contain clear and obvious instructions describing how the User can opt to be removed from the mailing list. The Company will immediately remove any User upon request.
- The Company website may contain links to third-party websites. The Company takes no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of these websites.
- The Company reserves the right to change this policy at any time and any amended policy will be posted on this website.
- All use of software available on this website is subject to Company’s terms of use. In the event of a conflict or disagreement between this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will prevail.
- By submitting information the User consents to the use of that information as set out in this policy. If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place notices on other pages of the website, so that the User may be aware of the information collected and its use it at all times. The Company will e-mail the User should it makes any changes so that the User may consent to the use of his information in that way. Continued use of the service will signify that the User agrees to any such changes.
- Owing to the global nature of the Internet infrastructure, the information provided by the User may be transferred in transit to countries outside the European Union that do not have similar protections in place regarding data and its use as set out in this policy. However, we have taken the steps outlined above to try to improve the security of the User’s information. By submitting information the User consents to these transfers.
